Process for Preschools
- Contact us as early as possible to secure your date for the upcoming year. March, April, May & September, October are the most popular months for school portraits.
- We will confirm your date as well as preferred pricing & ordering system. We can do a la carte or set packages. Ordering can be paper based or online.
- We will confirm the background options about 6 weeks before photo day. A digital flyer with what to wear suggestions for the kids will be sent about 2 weeks before.
- Depending on the number of children in your school we will schedule 1 or 2 days. We will need an empty room to set up in.
- We aim to send the printed forms or digital gallery within 2 weeks. There will be a 2 – 3 week ordering period and then printed photos/products will be delivered 2 – 3 weeks after the ordering period closed. Urgent orders can be accommodated.
